Delivery & Returns Policy

Due to safety and hygiene reasons all teeth whitening products and LoveLite by Amabelle branded clothing are non-refundable once paid for.

Orders are usually dispatched next day delivery by Royal Mail or Interlink Express; we cannot take responsibility if our postage/currier providers do not deliver on time, any issues must be taken up with the delivery companies, reguarding refunds.

All orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same working day; however orders after 2pm (on the cusp) will be processed the following working day. We do urge on the side of caution and make all stockists/ technicians aware, that we do aim for a next day service, however this is not always possible due to stock levels, staffing, force majeure and public holidays. We strongly advise to place product orders well before treatment day/ date of requirement, to ensure you have the goods well before needed.

If you find fault in your order, it has yet to arrive (min 3 days late), or the delivery address is incorrect. Please do not hesitate to contact the head office at the soonest possible moment.
